I finally got some pictures

I realize it's been a month since Aaron and the kids went to Illinois, but i am just now getting the pictures they had done. I hope everyone enjoys them as much as i do.

HE'S HERE

My Nephew has arrived!!! I was starting to think he would never come, but on December 13th he decided to join the family. Congratulations sis, and Nick I can't wait to see the "little guy".

That's My Man

Iam proud to announce that Aaron's flag football team won the championships this year, and now Aaron has a wonderful trophy to pt in his "man room" when he gets one. Way to kick butt babe..

Make a wish

So this year Arieana and Braedyn did the wish bone, and like always there can only be one winner...To Arieana's disappointment she lost again this year, but boy oh boy was Braedyn excited he won. Even though he had no idea what he won..

Happy Thanksgiving

I hope all my friends and family had a wonderful day, I am truly thankful for each and every one of you. I am especially thankful for my health, and my family's health. In life we often forget what is truly important, and place value on material things. My best friend Crystal who passed away from Cancer almost four years ago taught me that being alive is the best blessing we can have, and that life is what we make of it..I love you all, and wish you all the best in life.

Miss Thing

As many of you knew Arieana came back from Illinois with a new hairdo, her Aunt Ce-Ce spent two days putting in beautiful braids and beads. I don't have the pictures of the dew with the beads yet, but i did get this one before we started taking the braids out.. She looked very cute, so move over Alicia Keys..

YEAH

As most of you know I have been very busy looking for a job, and have been totally stressing out over it. I am happy to say that I just got hired by my former employer Willamette Education Services District, as the New Transition Specialist. I will be working at Hillcrest which is a maximum security youth prison, and Oregon State Hospital. I am very excited about the job, and know it will be very interesting. Thank you to everyone who was thinking happy thoughts for me..

Safe and Sound

Most everyone knew that Aaron, Arieana and Braedyn took a trip to Illinois to see some family, and have since made it home safely..Braedyn had a bit of a hard time being away from mom, but Arieana loved getting out of school for a week!! Aaron was able to pull off his surprise, by showing up unannounced at his mother's house and totally surprising her!! I am glad to have them back home, and will be posting some pictures of the trip soon....

Happy Halloween

The kiddos had a great Halloween, and got a ton of candy. Braedyn was the cutest Spider Man ever, and Arieana was a Spider Countess(Not sure what that is).. Sadly Darian stuck to his word and did not go trick-or-treating, I guess 13 is to cool to go.. But he was quick to eat some of the goodies his little bro and sis brought home :)

Braedyn did really good this year, and didn't go into any one's home. Arieana figured out that the more houses you hit the more candy you get. It's always so much fun to get them dressed up, and ready for the night. I can't wait for next year..

LETS CARVE

The pumpkin carving was a lot of fun, Braedyn loved getting the squishy stuff out with his fingers. Arieana tried to carve some of her pumpkin, but eventually turned to the skillful hands of dad..

Gettin Messy!!

So I found some floam on clearance at Target, and figured Braedyn would have fun with it. The stuff made quite the mess, but hey Braedyn had fun with it..

Big D

Here is Big D in action, he is the little guy in the front just about ready to tackle the kid with the ball. Mom wasn't quick enough to get the shot of Darian laying the kid out, sorry maybe next time..

Pumpkin's at Last!!

We had been waiting to go to the pumpkin patch, until it was a little closer to Halloween so needless to say the kids were ready to pick their pumpkin. Braedyn had no problem finding one right away, he quickly loaded it into his wagon. Arieana of course had to pick out the of the biggest pumpkins she could find, and daddy let her get it eventhough she couldn't carry it!! To my disappointment Darian decided he was to cool to get a pumkin this year, I guess my little D is now grown..

Seeing Friends

While I was in Seattle I got to see my friend Heidi and her adorable son Connor. Connor had fun playing with my sister's cats, and scoping out the place. It is always great to see Heidi, she is an amazing person and wonderful friend..

I was also very excited to see my good friend Ivy, who just recently moved to Seattle. Ivy and I had a blast hanging out, and dancing the night away!! I can't wait til next time..

Trip to Seattle

Arieana and I headed to Seattle last weekend to throw my sis a baby shower, and I got the opportunity to visit with some of my friends and family that I miss a lot. The shower went very well, my sister got some great stuff. The best part was getting to see my sis's big prego belly, she looks GREAT!! I am very excited to be an aunt again, and look forward to meeting the little guy in December.

What's happening

So school has been in session a little over a month, so life has been busy. Darian is playing 8th grade football, and is really good. When I showed up for the game he was in mid-air, and successfully tackeled the other kid. IT WAS GREAT!!
Arieana is adjusting to the 3rd grade, and the difference in work load. She was recently nominated by her classmates to be on the Make a Difference team for her school. Arieana is working with other school mates to make her school a better place.. YOU GO GIRL!!
Braedyn is talking more everyday, and even told me one day in the car "Mom i wanna go to school". I do believe the little man has had enough of mom and would like to get back to his friends at school. So hopefully mom can make that happen soon...
